The unified TCL network

Since September 1, 2025, the three historic networks in Lyon's territories, TCL, Cars du Rhône and Libellule have merged to form a single network: the TCL network.

This unified network covering the entire territory, is organized into 6 fare zones. This reorganization aims to simplify travel, strengthen the mobility offer and make the network more accessible for everyone.

The TCL network is managed by the public establishment SYTRAL Mobilités, which draws up and implements the transport policy of the Metropole of Lyon and Lyon's territories, makes investments, determines fare policy and adaptations to the transport offer. SYTRAL Mobilités has entrusted Keolis Bus Lyon, Société RD LYON and Société Publique Locale Relation Usagers with the management and execution of the public passenger transport service within the scope of the Transports en Commun Lyonnais.
